Good Things Utah Part Two

Okay you all know by now that I watch Good Things Utah....Well, Monday they shared a list of things to help De-stress your Christmas Time. I could only remember a few, but that is because I can relate to them.

1-Exercise....Really?
2-Eat dark chocolate...My visiting teacher brought me some the other day:)
3-Say a few swear words....I'm right on track!
4-Laugh....

....I have a group of friends that we get together for lunch every Christmas season and that is exactly what we do. We laugh. We laugh at all the funny things that have happened to us over the past year. It is the one thing at Christmas time I always look forward to. So here is a shout out to my most loved friends.
