Ever since Larry and I have been married Larry's Mother would make Puffed Rice Balls for Christmas ....I love them. You know the one treat you remember about Christmas and wish you could create for your children. Larry's mom passed away over 17 years ago and I still love to make puffed rice ball. I have had a hard time finding puffed rice the last several years and have not made them. But this year I was on a mission and looked in every store. No Luck...I never thought about using the Internet to buy puffed rice, but, I did this year and WHAM I found them. They have been taken off the general buying market and I had to buy a case, but I have them and this year I am going to make Puffed Rice Balls for Christmas.....So Happy...So Very Happy :) So what makes you so very happy at Christmas Time???
